Each year, every staff member has the opportunity to spend one paid day in the community working with a charity of their choice. Some of the initiatives we support at Avanti are Dress for Success, Lifewise, Lifeline Connect, SPCA, Foster Hope, Duffy Books in Homes, and the Cancer Society.
