If you have a loan with us using a vehicle as security, we recognise that circumstances may arise where you need to request a security swap. Use this form to make your request.

How does a security swap work?

We’ll need details of the proposed new vehicle, your existing vehicle, and the reason for the swap. Once we have your request, we’ll review it and get in touch with you to let you know whether we can approve the requested swap. Note that security swaps are subject to lending and credit criteria.
